The „Power
to Women in Business Act“ aims at stipulating the following paragraphs:
§ 1 [Status
of male subordinates]: After becoming an employee of a company majorly run by Women,
male employees can be treated arbitrarily by their female superiors. In general,
male employees then are inferior to all Women working in the company. Male
employees are legally bound to fulfill all demands as requested by their female
superiors.
§ 2 [Irrevocability
of the status as a male subordinate]: After the status as a male subordinate
has been stipulated, it cannot be revoked under any circumstances. Any action
undertaken by the male subordinate intended to try to change this status will
be punished to the full extent of the law.
§ 3 [Wages
of male subordinates]: Wages of male subordinates can be stipulated freely by
their female superiors. They must not, however, exceed the legal threshold of five
euros per hour. Any payment done above this threshold must be deducted immediately
and transferred to the public funds of the Women Business Network
§ 4 [Status
of male subordinates – exemplifications]: the ramifications of the legal status
of male subordinates are exemplified as follows:
- male subordinates are exempted of any right
to their female superiors
- Female
superiors can treat their male subordinates in any way deemed appropriate in
order to achieve a proper motivation, devotion and submission
- male
subordinates are expected to behave in a most servile, submissive and
service-oriented manner towards their female superiors
